TIP not included

​

  • The crew works hard, before, during and after each trip to insure that you have a fun, safe and clean experience aboard our vessel. It is customary on a dive boat to tip the crew $20 per person or if you are a booking of 6+ passengers to tip 15% of your booking. We accept, VENMO, CASHAPP and ZELLE. Your generosity is thanked!

Cancellation Policy

​

  • Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation.

  • Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances PRIOR to departure. 

  • No-shows will be charged the full price.

  • All trips will depart on schedule. Kindly arrive 45 minutes or more for your trip to ensure you are able to check in and board prior to departure. Missed departures will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full price.

  • Snorkelers We will be bringing you to locations that are suitable for snorkeling, however forecasts are inaccurate, the ocean is unpredictable and conditions change by the minute.  If the Captain after the first snorkeling location calls off the trip for weather conditions, no partial or full refund will be issued. 

  • Certified Divers: Must provide proof of certification. If you cannot provide proof of certification, you will not be able to dive and no refund will be issued.

  • Nitrox Certification: Must provide proof of certification. If you would like to get certified, please call us in advance to book your PADI Nitrox Course.

  • All reservations are subject to a cancellation policy to avoid full charge of the spaces reserved. 

  • IF YOU ARRIVE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS OR ALCOHOL, YOUR TRIP WILL BE CANCELLED AND A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

  • IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SWIM, YOU MAY RIDE ON THE BOAT AS A BUBBLE WATCHER, BUT YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO GET IN THE WATER AND A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

  • Firearms are not welcome on our Unites States Coast Guard Small Passenger Inspected Vessel. ACE DIVING has the right to refuse service to any customer who boards its vessel with a firearm! No refunds will be provided.

  • SMOKING and VAPING is strictly prohibited!!
