TIP

• The crew works hard, before, during and after each trip to insure that you have a fun, safe and clean experience aboard our vessel. It is customary on a dive boat to tip the crew $25 per person or if you are a booking of 6+ passengers to tip 20% of your booking. We accept, VENMO @AceDivingMiami, CASHAPP $AceDivingMiami and ZELLE (info@ace-diving.com). Your generosity is thanked!​​

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancel 48+ hours before departure → Full refund or credit.

• Cancel within 48 hours or no-show → Full charge.

• If we cancel before departure (unsafe weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen events) → Full refund or credit.

• Trips leave on time. Please arrive 60 minutes early to park, check in, and board. Missed departures = no-show.

Snorkelers

• Sites are selected for snorkeling, but the ocean is unpredictable.

• If the trip is called off after the first snorkel stop, no refunds will be issued.

• Snorkelers must know how to swim comfortably.

Divers

• Proof of certification is required. No proof = no diving, no refund.

• Nitrox divers must show certification. Not yet certified? Ask us about our Nitrox course.

• For safety, divers must follow standard no-fly rules (minimum 18 hours before air travel).

Courses & Discover Scuba Diving

• eLearning, pool, or ocean training already started = no refund.

• Uncompleted courses may be rescheduled within 6 months, subject to availability and weather. Rescheduling fee applies.

• Discover Scuba Diving experiences not completed due to personal reasons are non-refundable.

• Failure to complete required eLearning before scheduled training = no refund and rescheduling fee applies.

Gear & Equipment

• Tanks and weights are included with your dive trip.

• Full gear rentals are available; please reserve in advance.

• Guests are responsible for all gear provided to them. Lost or damaged gear must be paid for in full to ACE DIVING.

• You are responsible for checking and securing your personal gear.

Health & Safety

• Guests must be in good physical health to participate. If you have medical conditions, please bring a signed doctor’s clearance if required.

• Arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol → no boarding, no refund.

• Non-swimmers may join as bubble watchers (boat riders only), but cannot enter the water. No refund will be issued if attempted.

• The Captain and crew may end any trip or activity if they determine it is unsafe.

Vessel Rules

• No firearms on board. ACE DIVING reserves the right to refuse boarding if a firearm is present.

• Smoking & vaping are strictly prohibited.

• Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times.

• Respect the crew, vessel, and fellow guests — unsafe or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Environmental Responsibility

• Please use reef-safe sunscreen and avoid touching coral or marine life.

• Do not remove shells, plants, or animals from the ocean.

• Help us keep the ocean clean — no trash overboard.

What to Bring

• Towel, reef-safe sunscreen, reusable water bottle, and a positive attitude!

• Light snacks and drinks are welcome, but please keep it tidy.
